This visit enabled Moïse to inquire about the progress of the work and to ask the site managers to adopt all the measures deemed useful to put this micro-power plant into operation before the expiry of the deadlines. In addition, the Head of State reminded the people of Irois that consumers will have to pay for the energy used to help sustain this project. n addition, he announced that he had given instructions to the Public Company for the Promotion of Social Housing (EPPLS) for the rapid construction of twenty houses to relocate families adjacent to the site of the micro-power plant, which will have to be moved urgently for security reasons.
