Armstrong & Strinden to highlight new effort to address students’ cell phone use in ND schools

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Gov. Kelly Armstrong and Lt. Gov. Michelle Strinden will join state legislators and others at a press conference at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Capitol in Bismarck to highlight a new proposal designed to address growing concerns about the impacts of cell phone use by students in North Dakota schools.

Prior to the press conference, Strinden will testify about the proposal to the Senate Education Committee during the 9 a.m. hour in the Capitol’s Coteau Room and to the House Education Committee during the 10 a.m. hour in Room 216 in the Capitol’s Judicial Wing.
