Police search for man who left Springfield nursing home on March 17

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - The Springfield Police Department is searching for a man who left a nursing home on March 17.
Darrell Jackson, 74, disappeared from the nursing home in the 3400 block of West Mount Vernon wearing a white shirt and jeans.
Jackson may suffer from mental health conditions. He is known to visit hotels in Springfield. He also has connections in Oklahoma.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call 911 or 417-862-7911.
