NFL draft 2025: Time, TV channel info for 7-round event

Pro days for college football programs across the country have ended and now it's time for the nation's top prospects to look forward.

The NFL draft next month will give more than 200 young football players a chance to realize their dream of playing pro ball.

For Texas football fans, that could mean seeing about a dozen Longhorns called over the three-day, seven-round event. Texas A&M has a couple players are near locks to be drafted and a couple others on the fringe.

The Tennessee Titans have the top pick this year. After last year's draft was held in Detroit, this year's will head to another NFC North city.

Here's what to know about the 2025 NFL draft:

When is the NFL draft?

The NFL draft in recent years has moved from two to three days in length. The first round this year will be Thursday, April 24 with rounds two and three taking place April 25. The draft finishes with the final four rounds on the 26th

NFL draft Round 1: 7 p.m. April 24

NFL draft Round 2 and Round 3: 6 p.m. April 25

NFL draft rounds 4-7: 11 a.m. April 25

Where is the NFL draft?

This year the Green Bay Packers are hosting the draft, which means thousand will descend on the mid-sized Wisconsin town of 110,000. The draft will take place inside Lambeau Field.

Live broadcasts for the NFL draft will be held on ESPN, NFL Network, NFL+, ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes each day.
