Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Our Dog of the Week is a very good boy who is one of our longest residents at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center. Ghotti has been waiting since November to meet a new family who will love him and give him a home.
Unfortunately, Ghotti is very stressed from living in a kennel so long and he makes a terrible first impression if you meet him in his kennel. Once he’s out of the kennel he’s a wonderful dog. He loves to play with other dogs in the play yard and he loves to go to off-site adoptions and meet people. Recently Ghotti has been working at the front desk with the SCACAC office staff. Did we mention Ghotti is a little over a year old and he’s very handsome?
Are you looking for a new best friend? Come out to Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center and spend some time outside with Ghotti. Ghotti and all of our adoptable dogs are waiting to meet you Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-1:00.
Not sure if you’re ready to adopt? How about fostering? Get details at SCACAC.
