Thermocool targets Rs 250 cr revenue by FY26, plans IPO in 2-3 years

New Delhi: Home appliances brand Thermocool Home Appliances has set an ambitious revenue target of Rs 185-250 crore for FY2025-26, up from Rs 82 crore in FY2023-24. It also shared that it surpassed its previous fiscal year's revenue in FY25. A company's top official said the company is also exploring IPO plans within the next 2-3 years as part of its broader growth strategy.

To support this aggressive scale-up, the company has invested Rs 30 crore in a new manufacturing facility in Ghaziabad, spread across 25,000 square meters. The plant, equipped with automation and energy-efficient systems, currently produces 1,800–2,200 units per day, with plans to scale up to 3,000–4,000 units daily within six months, the company shared. The facility is expected to generate over 200 new jobs.

Rajeev Kumar Gupta, managing director of Thermocool Home Appliances said, "We are strategically expanding our footprint, strengthening distribution across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Bengal, and entering Nepal, with future plans to tap into Bhutan and South Africa."

As part of its international push, the brand is considering setting up ultramodern air cooler production units abroad.

Segment-wise, the company is witnessing robust demand across core categories—refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines—with growing traction for energy-efficient appliances due to rising consumer awareness. "The brand is seeing particularly strong demand in North and East India, with urbanization and increasing disposable income fueling growth," Gupta said.

On the channel front, Thermocool is looking for tie-ups with q-commerce platforms like Zepto, Swiggy, and Dunzo to extend reach and capitalize on impulse purchases. The company is also considering compact and lightweight appliances suited for rapid delivery models.

Looking ahead, the cooler manufacturer strategizes on deepening regional penetration, expanding manufacturing capacity, and entering new markets.
