When I was a kid, I wanted to be … I have always wanted to be an architect! In fourth grade, I was part of a school group that toured a college architecture program, and I was hooked and never wavered. It is such a blessing to see that dream fulfilled.

What would you rather be doing right now? Traveling. There is so much to see and so little time.

Jacques Reynolds, 49, is an architect and the vice president of Architechnics in Quincy, where he has worked for the past 18 years. Reynolds and his wonderful wife Nicki have been married for 28 years and have four outstanding children he is so proud of — Annie, Nate, Maddie and Sophie. Annie and her husband Jacob have blessed the Reynolds with three grandchildren who bring all of them such joy. Reynolds grew up in South Carolina, started college at Clemson but moved to Missouri in 1996 and finished college at Drury. He has lived in Missouri ever since.
