June used to be E3 season in the gaming world — a couple weeks of high-profile game announcements from just about every player in the industry, all centered around a big convention in Los Angeles. Xbox maker Microsoft has announced that it will be holding an Xbox Games Showcase on June 8, 2025, which it says will give players a look at "upcoming titles from across [its] first-party studios, in addition to incredible new titles from [its] third-party partners across the globe."
