Oliver Anthony, born Chris Lunsford, gained national attention in 2023 with the release of his song “Rich Men North of Richmond.” The track, which addresses economic challenges and critiques government policies, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts. It has since garnered over 486 million streams on Spotify.

Anthony achieved a Billboard milestone as the first living male songwriter to have 13 songs chart simultaneously on the Top 50 Digital Song Sales chart. He also reached No. 1 on the iTunes chart and led both the Spotify and Apple Music charts in the United States.

His musical style blends Americana and folk, focusing on the themes of working-class struggles, economic hardship, and community resilience. His song “Ain’t Got a Dollar” topped Spotify’s Viral 50 list.

In 2024, Anthony released his debut studio album, Hymnal of a Troubled Man’s Mind, produced by Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb. The album explores topics such as childhood, adulthood challenges, and a broad worldview, emphasizing authenticity and storytelling.

The Davisson Brothers Band, founded in 2006 by Chris and Donnie Davisson in Clarksburg, West Virginia, features Gerrod Bee and Aaron Regester. Known for their Americana sound rooted in Appalachian country traditions, the band blends influences from country, bluegrass, and jam band scenes.

The band has released three albums, earned recognition as a Highway Find on Sirius XM, and had radio success with “Foot Stompin’.” Their single “Po’ Boyz” became a hit in Australia. They have performed at major festivals including CMC Rocks in Australia and the Carolina Country Fest in the United States.

Their most recent album, Home Is Where the Heart Is, was produced by Brent Cobb and David “Ferg” Ferguson. It features guest contributions from Tim O’Brien, Rob McCoury, Stewart Duncan, Vince Herman of Leftover Salmon, Ronnie Bowman, Kyle Tuttle, and Lindsay Lou.
