'Captain America: Brave New World' is on digital April 15 then on Blu-ray May 13

Harrison Ford's President Ross thanks one of his own in a deleted scene from Captain America: Brave New World.

In the clip shared exclusively with PEOPLE, Ford's President Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross, the eventual Red Hulk, thanks Agent Taylor (Xosha Roquemore) for not only helping him but the world after intense battles take place throughout the latest Marvel movie.

"You helped pull me back from the brink. You're one of the best soldiers in my command. I never took a chance on you. And your saving my ass proved it," Ross tells Taylor while the two stand in the Oval Office.

Captain America: Brave New World sees Anthony Mackie step into the role of the star-spangled superhero on the big screen. Mackie first embodied the character in his 2021 series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, in which his character Sam Wilson grapples with the pressure of becoming the new Captain America after Steve Rogers' (Chris Evans) death in Avengers: Endgame.

In Brave New World, Mackie teams up with his very own Falcon, Danny Ramirez (Joaquin Torres), and his pal, formerly wrongfully incarcerated Isaiah Bradley (Carl Lumbly). Giancarlo Esposito, Shira Haas, Carl Lumbly and Liv Tyler also star.
