Salford Navy Grog

  • 50ml Salford Navy Rum
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 50m Chilled Water
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method: Shake with cubed ice and strain into a Salford Rum Enamel Mug. Garnish with a lime wedge.

‘Lilt’ Rum Punch (pitcher/4 cocktails)

  • 100ml Goslings Black Seal Rum
  • 150ml Pineapple Juice
  • 150ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 450ml Sparkling Lemon & Lime drink
  • 2 Limes
  • Grapefruit Wedge

Method: Cut the limes into segments then add to a pitcher. Muddle until thoroughly crushed. Fill the pitcher with ice, then add the rum, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and sparkling lemon and lime. Mix to combine. Prepare four rocks glasses by adding a grapefruit segment to each. Pour the cocktail between the four glasses.

The Royal Remedy

  • 50ml Salford Navy Rum
  • 25ml Orange Juice
  • 75ml Pineapple Juice
  • 25ml Coconut Puree
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method:Shake and strain with cubed ice into a hi-ball or hurricane glass, garnish with a lime wedge fan.

Bermuda Iced tea from Demon, Wise & Partners Cocktail Bar

  • 50ml Goslings Black Seal Rum
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • 25ml Earl Grey tea (unsweetened)
  • Peach kombucha to top

Method: Pour all the ingredients into a Collins glass and top with kombucha. Garnish with a mint sprig for a fresher aroma result.

Golden Summer

  • 50ml Goslings Gold Seal Rum
  • 25ml Watermelon Sangria syrup
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • Ginger Ale to top
  • Garnished with sea salt flake rim

Method: This syrup is made with leftover/oxidized wine. Blend the same amount of red wine & watermelon juice, then add the same amount of sugar as the liquid obtained. Example: 250ml red wine + 250ml watermelon juice = 500ml watermelon wine + 500g sugar. Make sure the sugar is fully dissolved before using. Prepare the salt rim in advance. Shake and strain all the ingredients apart from the Ginger Ale. Strain into a Collins glass and top with Ginger Ale

Blueberry Dream from Liquor and Burn

  • 50ml Herno Old Tom Gin
  • 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 25ml Blueberry puree
  • 25ml cloudy apply juice
  • 6 or 7 (pinch) of mint leaves

Method: Shake over ice and serve in a coupe glass

Brunette Signature Espresso Martini from Demon, Wise & Partners Cocktail Bar

  • 50ml Virtuous Vodka Rye
  • 25ml Brunette Organic Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
  • 50ml Espresso
  • 20ml Sugar syrup

Method: Shake all the ingredients and strain into a coupette. Garnish with grated chocolate/coffee beans.

Rum Royal from Demon, Wise & Partners Cocktail Bar

  • 50ml Goslings Black Seal Rum
  • 3 Fresh raspberries
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • Brut champagne/prosecco top

Method: Blend all the ingredients together apart from the mint leaves and bubbles. Then pour the liquid into a shaker with the leaves that we had on the side. Shake and strain into a coupette style glass. Top with champagne or prosecco. Garnish with fresh raspberry and mint leaf.

Pucker Up from Couch Bar

  • 30ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
  • 20ml Aperol
  • 25ml Lemon
  • 10ml Honey
  • 3 dashes of The Bitter Truth Orange Bitters
  • Small pinch of salt

Method: Put all ingredients in a shaker, shake and fine strain into a coupe.

Piña Co-Lager

  • 50ml Goslings Gold Seal Rum
  • 330ml Einstök White Ale
  • 200ml Pineapple Juice
  • 50ml Coconut Water
  • Pineapple Leaves

Method: Pour the rum, pineapple juice and coconut water into a large stein or tankard. Add a handful of ice and mix to combine. Top with the Einstök White Ale. Garnish with three pineapple leaves.
