Mobile devices class: 6 p.m. Thursday, Berthoud Community Library, 236 Welch Ave., Berthoud. This class will be broken into two parts. The first part is for Android phones and the second for iPhone users. There will be some crossovers between the two devices, but feel free to come to one section or the other. “Midnight in Paris” film screening: 7 p.m. Thursday, Longmont Museum, 400 Quail Road, Longmont. Gil Pender (Owen Wilson), a screenwriter and aspiring novelist, vacations in Paris with his fiancée (Rachel McAdams). While exploring alone the city at night, he discovers he can time travel to the 1920s, meeting icons like Hemingway, Fitzgerald and Picasso. Good Friday Silent Walk: 1 p.m. Friday, St. Vrain Greenway, Boston Avenue and Pratt Parkway, Longmont. The Good Friday Silent Walk will tell the story of the passion of Jesus. It will also focus on the need to care for water as a precious resource. The walk follows the St. Vrain Greenway, starting at Boston Avenue and Pratt Parkway, across from the Budget Home Supply parking lot. People of all faiths or no faiths are invited to join the walk.
