Married couple from Bullitt Co. both arrested on child sex crimes

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - WAVE News confirmed that the wife of a Bullitt County man arrested on Tuesday, April 15, for alleged child sex abuse has also been arrested on similar charges.

According to the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office, Michelle Taylor, 43, was arrested shortly after her husband Tuesday on charges of tampering with evidence and distribution of child porn portraying a minor under the age of 12. WAVE previously reported that Michelle Taylor’s husband, John Kevin Taylor, 48, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of sexual abuse of a child under 12 years old.

Both were scheduled to appear in court for arraignment Wednesday morning. WAVE has reached out to the Bullitt County Clerk for more information.
