BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - A McClusky man changed his plea to guilty to 14 counts of possessing child sexual abuse images on April 28.
Bismarck police say Logan Hartleib admitted to receiving explicit images via Snapchat while questioning him in October. They began investigating Hartleib after receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that 17 files of sexual abuse materials had been saved to the account.
Officers arrested Hartleib on Oct. 21. Burleigh County Prosecutors charged him on Oct. 22.
Hartleib originally pleaded not guilty on Nov. 25.
